Verrückt

At a theme park in Kansas City, Jeff Henry, who co-owns the theme park designed a 17 story high water slide called Verrückt, which means insane in German. Verrückt beat Britain's 15 story tall water slide by 2 stories. In order to ride the Verrückt you would have to take 264 steps up to the top. On the water slide you get on a raft and go straight down twice and go up a hill once. Jeff Henry is called 'Wizard of Water', because of his awesome rides at the theme park. I would not want to ride Verrückt because I would be too chicken to ride it. Will you be brave enough to ride Verrückt Memorial Day?

Solar Windmills

Jung-Chih Chiao and his associate Smitha Rao invented solar windmills that are 1.8 millimeters at its widest point. They also are so small that eight of them can fit on a single grain of rice. He invented these windmills to power his lights outside his house and sensors. He also thinks that this invention can be life savers for some people. How? Well if somebody's phone dies and they have an emergency. The windmills will charge the phone so they can call somebody.
